Over 150 dogs removed from Ogden property after report of possible animal neglect

More than 150 dogs were removed from an Ogden property after officers received a report of possible animal neglect.

On Tuesday, officers with Ogden Animal Services responded to a residence on the 3000 block of Jefferson Avenue. They found 152 dogs living in extremely poor and overcrowded conditions.

Due to the scale and severity of the situation, Weber County, Roy, and Draper animal services assisted.

All of the dogs were safely removed and are currently receiving veterinary care, evaluations, and shelter support.

The dogs will be available for adoption on Monday, April 21, as they undergo medical treatment.

Those interested in adoption are encouraged to monitor Weber County Animal Services for updates.

This case remains under investigation.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
