One Farm In NJ Is Serving Up Apple Cider Hot Dogs, Would You Try Them?

Pulled Pork on the smoker paired with a tasty Oktoberfest beer or a pumpkin beer? Count me in.

Hot apple cider paired up with a day of apple picking or pumpkin picking? I’m all aboard.

Football outdoors on a beautiful fall afternoon? You got.

However there’s one fall combo that I’ve never heard of before, and I’m torn as to whether I need to try this or just remain curious.

The Strangest Fall Combo Can Be Found At One Of NJ’s Best Farms

Visiting a farm during the fall in Jersey is like having apple pie at the 4th of July, it’s just a good old-fashioned good time.

And Jersey really does have a lot of great farms to visit, you can check out our top picks below, but I want to focus in on one farm that’s serving up a never-before-seen food combo, and I need your input on it.

The farm in question is Hacklebarney Farm located in Chester Township and they are known for being the perfect Fall getaway in Jersey.

You can pick pumpkins, check out their bakery, and enjoy some beautiful scenery.

You can also get your fill of cider this and cider that.

Donuts, apple cider, and even something called Apple Cider Hot Dogs.

Apple Cider Hot Dogs, according to NJ.com, consist of a hot dog topped with cider Saurkraut, cider baked beans, and if you want mustard you can add that too.

If you’re a hot dog fiend then this is a must-try this fall, I’m still a little on the fence.

I’ll try anything once, but cider and hot dogs just don’t seem to mix, I’m more than happy to be proven wrong when I go to visit Hacklebarney Farm and try this Cider Hot Dog for myself!
