Multiple dogs abandoned, found tied to tree in York County: police

Officers with the Northern York County Regional Police Department are looking for the owners of several dogs that were found tied to a tree in the same wooded area of Windsor Township.

Police say two young dogs– one male and one female pitbull– were found tied up in the 1000 block of Lombard Rd on May 14.

Neighbors in the area and the property owner where the dogs were found reportedly told police that they had never seen the them before.

Both of the dogs were wearing collars but had no tags and were not microchipped, according to police.

On May 16, officials say they found a third dog in the vicinity of the same area that was the same color and breed as the previous two.

Police say they’re working to identify the owner(s) of all three dogs.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
