Southern Oregon University President Rick Bailey, along with an entourage of Raider representatives, plan to be in Salem on Tuesday, March 4, for SOU’s first lobby day of its own at the state capital. SOU is among the state’s seven public universities asking for a collective $1.275 billion for the Public Universities Support Fund.
