Mobile Co. rabies clinics planned in January for dogs, cats, ferrets

The Mobile County Health Department provides low-cost rabies shots for dogs, cats, and ferrets that are good for one year during weekend clinics. Here is a list of the rabies clinics planned during weekends in January across Mobile County:

Saturday, January 4, 10 a.m. to noon, Little Flower Catholic School, 2103 Government Street in Mobile

Saturday, January 11, 10 a.m. to noon, Mobile County Animal Shelter, 7665 Howells Ferry Road in Mobile

Saturday, January 11, 1 to 3 p.m., Pet Supplies Plus, 803 Hillcrest Road in Mobile

Saturday, January 18, 10 a.m. to noon, Pine Air Baptist Church, 10341 Highway 188 in Grand Bay

Saturday, January 25, 9 a.m. to noon, hosted by Prichard Animal Shelter, 2402 West Rebel Road (the clinic will be in the Prichard Municipal Stadium parking lot)

Saturday, January 25, 1 to 3 p.m., B&B Pet Stop, 5035 Cottage Hill Road in Mobile

These events will be drive-through clinics. The cost of the rabies vaccine per pet is $12. All rabies shots are payable in cash.
