The police dog went missing Wednesday around 11 p.m. from his handler’s backyard. The department said he was spooked after a tree fell nearby due to Wednesday’s storm.

“We are excited,” the department said. “Thanks to all the community support.”

Pagedale Police Chief Anthony Huckleberry said 3-year-old Raider was in his kennel in his handler’s backyard at about 11 p.m. Wednesday when he was spooked by a fallen tree and escaped. Officers believe he then became disoriented due to the weather.

Police said the 70-plus-pound dog, Raider, was wearing his police collar.

Within hours after he disappeared, two neighbors’ ring doorbell cameras caught the missing K-9 on video in Florissant at about midnight and 3 a.m. Thursday.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
