Meyer’s Tails Up Tarm teaches dog owners different activities to do with their pets

BELVIDERE, Ill. (WIFR) – Not only were people out on Sunday in Belvidere for the return of the Boone County Art Show, but it was also a Dog’s Day Out at Meyer’s Tails Up Farm.

This is a family event to teach people different ways they can have fun with their dogs, especially this summer.

The Belvidere pet business says they are all about dog to human relationships and they’ve put this event on for at least eight years and dozens of people attended on Sunday to learn different activities for their dogs, this includes a course ability test, swimming and K9 therapy. Funds for the event benefit the Belvidere Police Department’s K9 unit.

“We’re all about the dog to human relationships so we want people to have an opportunity to do different things with their dogs and learn different things they can get out and do with them, especially with this wonderful summer weather coming,” says Meyer’s Tails Up Farm Owner Gwen Meyer.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
