I asked our friend, Sheriff David Davis, if I could let the reward poster read, “Wanted Dead or Alive”. He said yes, but after I gave out or posted the first one, to head on down to his office so he could charge me with solicitation of murder and other things. Only 20 years minimum!
I asked my attorney, Boone Smith III, if he would represent me. He said, “of course, Thom, but you’ll still serve time”. Oh well.
