BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — Tri-County Animal Rescue showcased three adorable pups looking for their fur-ever homes.
During ARC Florida on Tuesday, Danny introduced Linden, a 3-and-a-half-month-old mix, describing him as “cute as a button.” Linden, currently weighing around 10 to 12 pounds, is expected to grow to about 50 pounds.
“His mom is 45 pounds. She’s at the shelter,” Danny said. Linden is known for being playful, loyal, and protective.
Danny presented Smokey, the 3-year-old Chinese Crested dog being held by ARC Florida Anchor, Matt Lincoln.
“Smokey is basically hairless, hypoallergenic,” Danny said. Smokey is neutered, chipped, and ready for adoption. “His eyes are almond-shaped,” Danny added, noting the breed’s intelligence and loyalty.
Paul introduced Banjo, a 4-year-old mutt with special needs and a sweet disposition.
“He is super playful, but he is a little neurological,” Paul said, explaining Banjo’s minor balance issue. Despite this, Banjo is described as a perfect dog for a home with older children. “He loves to play,” Paul said, mentioning Banjo’s playful interaction with Linden.
