A San Tan Valley woman said she was playing with her friend’s dog earlier this month when the Great Dane latched onto her face and now she’s hit with the bill. The brutal attack left Jessica Donovan with permanent injuries. Since the dog owner has no insurance, Donovan is left with the staggering medical bills that will cost thousands of dollars.
