Marine Devil Dogs & Allies Accomplish Mission for Third Year

For the third time in as many years, The Military Order of the Devil Dogs, Pound 230 joined forces with Women’s Auxiliary Unit 137 of the Marine Corps League and donated 573 pounds of dog and cat chow to local Hernando County animal shelters. Members of both organizations dug into their pockets to make these contributions. Members of both organizations are also members of the Marine Corps League Detachment 708, at 8405 Sunshine Grove Road, Brooksville, and members of the “Marine Forever” Detachment 1440 in Lutz, Florida.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
