Manners Matter class at Lizzi and Rocco’s prepares dogs for holiday gatherings

Dakota Koons, a dog trainer at Lizzi and Rocco’s Natural Pet Market, led the Manners Matter: Greetings Edition class for three dogs and their respective owners Sunday.

Over the 50-minute class period, Koons walked owners and their dogs through sets of exercises to help prepare them for holiday gatherings, a prime time for unwanted pet behavior.
