Man ‘willfully’ left dog inside hot car in Cary, police say

Police charged a man on Tuesday with leaving a dog in a hot car in Cary.

According to an arrest warrant from the Cary Police Department, 55-year-old Paul Fisher III intentionally put a dog in a hot car and left the dog inside.

This is the second person accused of leaving a dog in a hot car in Wake County since Saturday. On Saturday, Apex police accused a dog breeder of leaving seven French bulldogs puppies inside a covered tub inside a hot car.

One of the puppies was euthanized, but the remaining six are recovering at the Wake County Animal Center.

Authorities charged Fisher with felony cruelty to animals and possession of a stolen license plate

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
