TCSO said that they have received reports that Justin Johnson may be in Tunica County. Deputies have a copy of a warrant charging Johnson with aggravated animal cruelty and have tried multiple times to find him, according to the sheriff’s office.

“We will continue to do our part to bring this individual into custody should he be located in Tunica County,” the sheriff’s office said.

Memphis Police issued that warrant for Johnson after video recorded him allegedly beating a dog at a Dodge’s Chicken on South Third Street on March 27.
