Man, two dogs die in Riverside house fire

RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WKEF) — A man and two dogs have died in a house fire Wednesday morning in Riverside.

Riverside Fire Chief Mark Miller said that crews were called at 5:25 a.m. to Rondowa Avenue, where they found flames on the front and side of the small house.

With the assistance of Dayton Fire crews, they were able to put out the fire within about 15 minutes, Miller said; however, during the search of the home, they found the man and dogs dead inside.

Miller said the fire likely began on the exterior of the house, which then climbed the side of the structure, entered the house through a soffit and spread into the attic.

The Ohio State Fire Marshal’s Office will investigate the cause of the fire due to the death.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
