“Dear PoPville,
On Sunday 2/23, I was in the fenced dog park with my dog when a man started to yell at me from the sidewalk. My dog went to bark at him since he was yelling.
He then proceeded he left the sidewalk, come up to the fence, and try to kick my dog twice. He continued walking south on 16th street yelling. He seemly kept harassing other people and dogs. He is a white man in his 30s around 5’10 wearing a matching tracksuit. He had a woman with him who was around 5’5 wrapped in a blanket.”
