Man arrested after 10 dogs found in ‘deplorable conditions’ in Greenville Co.

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said a man was arrested after multiple dogs were found malnourished and living in deplorable conditions.

According to officials, investigators found at least 10 emaciated canines on a property used by 28-year-old Marcus Antonio Foster.

The animals were removed from his possession and taken to Greenville County Animal Care for treatment.

Foster is facing 10 counts of cruely to animals and is currently being held at the Greenville County Detention Center with a temporary bond set for his release.
