Letter: Dogs at a food fest? Tell them, no! in ‘dog’

Could someone please explain to me why dog owners/parents, whatever they want to be called, find the need to bring their beloved pups to a food festival? Do the dogs block the way out of their house and not let the owner leave without them? Can the owner not explain in bow wow/ruff/grrr (whatever their canine tongue) that the festival will be terribly crowded, the pavement dangerously hot and the smells are from people foods only? A simple explanation will do.

Perhaps Buffalo should have the first (I’d assume) Taste of Dog Food Festival and all these devoted owners can exhibit and sell the foods and treats they conjure up for their pets. I am sure they don’t just feed them store-bought food.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
