The Chesapeake Fire Department quickly extinguished a kitchen fire in Camelot on Saturday.

CHESAPEAKE, Va. — The Chesapeake Fire Department extinguished a kitchen fire in the Camelot section of the city on Saturday evening.

The fire in the 2900 block of Darius Court was reported at 5:50 p.m., according to a press release from the fire department. Engine 9 arrived on scene within four minutes and reported light smoke coming from the rear of the house. One occupant was home during the event and had already evacuated the home before firefighters arrived.

They marked the fire under control at 5:57 p.m. It was contained to the kitchen. No injuries were reported, but two adults and two dogs will be displaced and will handle their own lodging arrangements. The cause of the fire was accidental.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
