Kentucky Humane Society dogs to be featured in 2025 Puppy Bowl

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) -While a lot of people watch the Super Bowl, another popular televised event always happens the same day – the Puppy Bowl.

This year, the Kentucky Humane Society will have two dogs in the Puppy Bowl. Colonel the Beagle and Julep, the first ever Saint Bernard Mix in Puppy Bowl History, will look to bring home the Lombarky trophy. Colonel will join Team Ruff and Julep will join Team Fluff.

If you want to see the dogs in action, PG&J’s Dog Park Bar is hosting a Puppy Bowl Viewing Party from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, February 9.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
