It was a long and winding road for the Kenai River Brown Bears against the Fairbanks Ice Dogs in the game on Friday, Feb. 06, 2025.

Three goals were scored in the second period, and the Brown Bears led 3-2 going in to the third period.

The Ice Dogs tied the score 3-3, only 57 seconds into the third when

took the lead with a goal seven minutes later, assisted by

tied it up 4-4 with a goal four minutes later, assisted by

. The game went to overtime.

In overtime, it took 4:20 before Gavin Jensen scored the game-winner for the team, assisted by Andrew Larson.
