JACKSON, MI – The Parlour, one of Jackson’s most historic eateries, has reopened with a new owner who has introduced some small changes.
Janet Parker purchased the building and business in April after the previous owner stepped down due to health issues and financial troubles. Parker, who also owns Sweet Scoops, 1077 N. Wisner St., reopened The Parlour in May.
