MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — Biance Jade Gross, 21 of Mobile, was arrested on Friday and charged with Animal Cruelty 1st degree after Mobile Police officers discovered two dogs being mistreated and the body of a third dog in her home.
According to court records, one do,g identified as “Pickles” was found in a crate covered in its own urine and feces and malnourished, while a second dog “Ember,” was discovered tied to a couch.
The body of a third dog was found in a bedroom in “advanced decay and covered in fleas”.
The owner of one of the dogs told NBC 15 Mobile police responded to a complaint of a foul odor and entered the apartment on July 13 and made the discovery.
Gross was released on a $3,000 bond on the felony charge.
