She’s known as the “Handbag Fairy Godmother.” She hosts the Handbag Designer 101 Podcast, she’s a designer talent scout, handbag industry and design expert, author of Handbag Designer 101 (which has sold more than 50,000 copies), founder of The Handbag Awards and National Handbag Designer Day, runs the Handbag Designer 101 Masterclass, is Professor of Entrepreneurship at FIT, and has a children’s book on handbags coming out.
Emily Blumenthal is a handbag expert who loves only one thing more than the business of handbags, and that’s connecting, advising and educating other people about handbags, whether they’re a brand, buyer or budding student designer.
