A Gresham woman faces misdemeanor animal neglect charges after police said they found her two dogs living in filthy conditions in her home, prompting authorities to step in and remove the animals.
Katherine Mary Stevens, 58, was arrested on Oct. 21 after a neighbor reported non-stop barking from Stevens’ Edison Apartments unit and told police she hadn’t seen Stevens in over two weeks, although her car remained parked outside.
