Greater Cincinnati woman accused of hitting boyfriend, choking dog

LEMON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – A Lemon Township woman faces charges after video purportedly shows her hitting her boyfriend and choking his dog, before throwing the dog on the ground.

The video has been widely shared on social media.

The Butler County Sheriff’s Office said it was notified of the video on Monday. Deputies went to a home on Buena Avenue to talk to the man and the woman, Kaitlin Conklin.

After speaking to both, deputies arrested Conklin and charged her with with domestic violence and cruelty to animals. Both are misdemeanors.
