GASTONIA, N.C. (WBTV) – Gastonia man accused of dog fighting faces new animal cruelty, dog fighting charges
A Gastonia man with a history of dog fighting and animal cruelty charges was again arrested after more dogs were found injured.

Five dogs needing medical attention were seized and placed under the care of a rescue organization. Pagan was arrested on Feb. 7 and charged with five more counts of animal cruelty and dog fighting.
His bond from the 2021charges was revoked and he was denied bond for the new charges.
