Furry Friday: Cute, cuddly companions ready to join your family!

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Dozens of dogs are ready and waiting to be adopted as renovations are set to start soon at the Tallahassee Animal Service Center.

Those renovations will include a new dog adoption wing, but space will be at a premium until they are complete in 2025. So this is a great time to walk the kennels and consider adopting a shelter pet!

Furry Friday is a collaboration between WCTV and the Tallahassee Animal Service Center designed to get dogs out of their kennels and into the spotlight in hopes of helping them find their new fur-ever families.

Here are the fab four dogs we are featuring this week:

Meet Gabby.

Go ahead and take a deep breath and exhale, because this girl is zen.

Gabby is affectionate with humans and gentle with kids.

She can’t wait to join you for a long, leisurely walk.

If Gabby sounds like the perfect fit for your laid back life, visit her this weekend at the shelter!

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
