TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Serving up flavor on wheels!
WCTV’s Good Morning Show has officially launched a new series, “Food Truck Friday!”
Every other Friday, Madison Glaser and Lanetra Bennett will spotlight some of the best local food trucks that promise to take us on a culinary ride!
Heaven Sent Hot Dogs was the first on the chopping block! Leroy Kelly Jr. owns and founded the LLC and has been operating his business since 2022.
Kelly showcased two of his specialty recipes on the Good Morning Show.
Lanetra got to build and try the classic hot dubbed by Kelly as the American Hot Dog. She added ketchup, mustard, relish and onions to her dog and gave the recipe a 10/10.
Madison took her shot at building Kelly’s Hawaiian Dog, which included honey mustard, pineapple, relish and onions.
Those aren’t the only franks on the menu. He also has chili cheese dogs, smoked sausage, slaw dogs and more!
