CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Firefighters knocked out flames and saved a family pet still inside a home that caught fire early on Monday morning.
According to the fire captain, flames were showing at the home along 6th Street in Charleston when crews arrived.
A dog still inside the home was rescued.
The homeowner was not home at the time of the fire, firefighters said.
No injuries were reported.
