Hannah Smith has been taking part in the annual festival for years. She told TV5 her dog was enjoying the fun.
“It’s a great event. There’s always a ton of different dogs. There’s tons of shopping, tons of different things to see. New things to try that you maybe haven’t tried with your dog before. Lots of dog biscuits, boutique dog biscuits, which obviously Capture approves of,” said Smith.
The Dog Bowl raises money for several charities, including police K-9 training programs and services to help cover pet medical and adoption costs for families in need.
It runs through Monday and includes a full schedule of events, competitions, and a Sunday night fireworks show.
