A family are desperately hoping to be reunited with their pet dog after she ran off after being hit by a car.
Reina has been missing since 26 December, when she took off from outside her home in Rowsley in Derbyshire.
She was last spotted near Haddon Hall, running towards Bakewell, but was no longer there when her owners went to find her.
Owner Yuliia Taravan said there had been a couple of sightings which gives her hope Reina is still alive and asked anyone who sees her to get in touch as soon as possible.
“My three children are extremely upset, especially the younger one.
“My elder one has spent all this time looking with us and the younger one stays at home in case she returns.”
Reina was hit by the car at about 18:00 GMT on 26 December.
Yuliia said Reina decided to go outside and jump over the fence, which was not normal for her to do.
She noticed lots of car outside with their hazard warning lights on, and was told that a dog had been hit.
“We tried to catch her and call her but she ran away down the road towards Bakewell,” said Yuliia.
“She doesn’t like towns where people are so it’s more likely she is hiding in the woods.
“She’s in survival mode and she might be afraid of strangers, but I really hope we can find her.”
