Facility dog brings calmness for youths in Benton County Juvenile Detention Center

BENTONVILLE — Kellen Constant had to stand by and watch a 13-year-old girl cry after learning about the unexpected death of her mother.

The girl was being held in the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse.
