PLATTSBURGH, N.Y.. (WCAX) – Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh has a new top dog on campus.
Enzo, a seven-year-old golden retriever, has been appointed the college’s official dog.
He’s a registered emotional support animal, attends campus events, and even has office hours open to students and faculty.
The college says emotional support animals like Enzo have been shown to alleviate loneliness and promote contentment, along with positive physical effects such as a normalized heart rate and blood pressure.
