Dogs will be . . . um, dogs, Part II

In last week’s installment of our canine triptych we extolled the many virtues of Pearl the Dog. We now turn to Silver the Weenus, a purebred Weimaraner, whose very faint grasp of reality was a daily source of enjoyment for the family and many QuipTide readers.

Louie and the Weenus

I say this lovingly, but Silver was not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Her elevator didn’t quite reach the top floor. She was a couple of cans shy of a six-pack. That said, she was the smilingest thing I’ve ever met.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
