CONEY ISLAND – THE BROOKLYN CYCLONES are welcoming furry friends starting this weekend for Bark in the Park days at Maimonides Park in Coney Island. On selected game days throughout the spring and summer, pet owners can bring up to two dogs along to special seating areas in the park’s stands. A special pup parade will be held 45 minutes before the first pitch. Entry includes a chew toy or pup cup.

Visitors also have the option to pay extra to have their dog’s photo included on a Cyclones uniform jersey, to be used later in the summer at the final Bark in the Park day.

This weekend’s game on Saturday, April 5, is versus the Wilmington Blue Rocks and kicks off at 2 p.m. The dog parade will take place at 1:45 p.m. Bark tickets start at $18.50 and can be bought online on the Cyclones’ webpage.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
