Area dogs got to ring in the new year with a breakfast that had dog-friendly treats and training demonstrations to help them stick to their New Year’s resolutions. A Pup’s Life LLC, located at 1300 W. Stan Schlueter Loop, Suite B100 in Killeen, hosted “A Pup’s New Year’s Breakfast” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
The event was part of a first Saturday series of events the store has been running. “We do quite a bit of stuff consistently,” said Valerie San Nicholas, the owner. For the Saturday events, she said, “We try to pick a theme and kind of run with that.”
