PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Humans are not the only ones who get to watch a ball drop for New Year’s in Panama City, dogs do too, at the Dogs and Drinks dog park and bar.
On Saturday, they had their annual New Year’s doggie ball drop where over 20 dogs got to play with lots of tennis balls that were thrown.
“Tonight’s event is one that we do annually, and it’s just a play on dropping the ball. So we take the tennis balls and we get a huge amount, and we do a countdown, and we drop them for all the dogs and it’s exciting for them and it’s a lot of fun,” said Dagny Johnston, Owner of Dogs and Drinks.
