HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – It was a messy situation this week for one Butler County dog warden.
Dog Wardens Abby Forkner and two others were called to pick up a couple of dogs running loose on Darrtown Road Monday.
One of them managed to get into a ditch along a creek, according to the sheriff’s office.
Forkner got down on her belly to get the pup out and eventually to a bath. The other dog was also taken in.
The sheriff’s office didn’t say if the dogs were strays.
