APOLLO BEACH, Fla. – A dog is dead after being shot by another dog’s owner at an Apollo Beach dog park on Monday night, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they received a call about the shooting at the Apollo Beach Dog Park. They said a dog owner at the park shot another person’s dog after both animals got into a fight at around 6 p.m.
The owner who pulled the trigger left the dog park after the shooting, according to HCSO.
The sheriff’s office said no arrests were made in the incident, and it’s not under investigation.
