Dog owner looking for answers after dog park attack

A woman is searching for answers after her dog was killed at a park over the weekend.

MINNEAPOLIS — A woman is searching for answers after she says her Shih Tzu was killed in an attack by another dog.

It happened at the off-leash dog park near MSP airport. Marleet Blackwell says she and her husband were just arriving to the park Sunday with their dog, Teddy, when a larger dog attacked him.

Sadly, Teddy died a few hours later.

“We’re just hoping witnesses, anyone to come forward with anything that we could pursue, we are just concerned for other dogs, for this owner and accountability, ” Blackwell said.

Blackwell said the other dog’s owner didn’t intervene, then refused to give her contact info and left. Now she’s looking for help to find that owner.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
