Animal cruelty charges were filed Monday against a man who police say encouraged his off-leash dog to kill two cats on a Harrisburg street last month.
Trent D. Gray, 54, was charged with two felony counts of aggravated animal cruelty resulting in death, as well as two summary offenses for not having his dog on a leash.
