Poor Pickle is quickly becoming a long-termer at the shelter. He is a striking young husky mix with a bright blue eye and soft, tan fur. The shelter is extremely challenging for young dogs who find themselves full of energy with no outlets. Sitting in a kennel for 20+ hours a day is nearly impossible, but Pickle has no choice.
Pickle has done well with some dogs at the shelter, showing an intense desire to play and connect. He is also eager to please and very focused on his handler. Pickle is desperate for any interaction, and it is heartbreaking to see him so devoid of contact. He knows sit and will be very happy to learn alongside his future family.
