I can’t be the only one frustrated in Portland, Maine.

You can’t blame Portland, Maine for your laziness

How many dogs are in Portland, Maine?
There’s not a lot of data on that. However, according to the World Population Review, Maine is a pet state. 63.5% of Mainers have a pet. Surprisingly though, most of the pets owned in Maine are cats (43.6% vs 35.9%). All I can tell you is that spending a lot of time in Portland, at some point, you are going to find dog poo that someone didn’t pick up.
Or worse, bagged and then left the bag. At least the ones who put it on their car windshield will at some point get rid of it.
Listen Portlanders, I know it’s a dirty job, but you gotta do it. Just like you gotta feed your dog. Help out those of us who would like to not stare at the ground when walking.
