A Derry Township woman is still looking for answers after no one has been charged in a dog attack in Derry Borough that left her physically scarred and shaken up.
Daaynah Ishman asked the borough council to do something after she was attacked by a dog that escaped from its property while walking near West Fourth Avenue.
