Dead dog found in trash bag at Lansing park

LANSING, Mich. – Animal control officers in Ingham County are investigating after a dead dog was left at a Lansing park.

On Thursday, April 17, animal control officers responded to Everett Park after receiving a report about a dead animal, according to a social media post from the Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter.

They discovered a dead French bulldog in a cat carrier near the park’s entrance. The carrier had been placed in a garbage bag.
