Crews rescue dogs from Horry County house fire

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Crews saved three dogs from a blaze at a home in the Conway area Wednesday morning.

Horry County Fire Rescue responded at 8:40 a.m. to the 4000 block of Highway 472 for the fire.

At the scene, the agency learned a fire damaged the home’s kitchen area. But HCFR said the fire is now under control.

The dogs rescued are expected to be okay, but one of the dogs was treated with a pet oxygen mask. No other injuries were reported.

Crews are working to ventilate the home, and an investigation into the fire is underway.

The displaced residents will be offered help from the Red Cross.

The Loris Fire Department also responded to the scene.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
