The Adams Hill Neighborhood Association’s eighth annual Halloween Dog Parade on Oct. 26 drew a crowd of about 100 people and several dogs there to just observe other canines.
About 30 dogs competed for such awards as scariest, prettiest, best behaved, funniest, Mr. Macho, and most creative costumes. The contest was open to dogs living in Adams Hill, but the event drew spectators from all over.
