The Central Mountain Cross Country team has been busy volunteering with the PA Trail Dogs. The PA Trail Dogs host many trail running events throughout the community. On March 15-16, many CMXC runners helped with registration during for the Fire on the Rocks 10k. On March 22, the team assisted in a trail work day on the Sproul 10K course in Hyner.
