A Halloween costumed pooch parade brought smiles to the incarcerated and staff at California Institution for Men (CIM) in Chino.
The Pawz Behind Wallz parade allowed the dogs to show off their costumes. The hauntingly fun hounds, led by their handlers, trick-or-treated around Facility C’s recreational yard.
Staff and incarcerated persons waiting along the parade route handing out doggie treats. This event was organized by CIM Correctional Officer D. Lopez, the long-tenured officer who has been involved with the program for eight years.
